Cypress at Ardendale Senior

Amenities within the senior building will include a community room, computer room, and exercise room. Community amenities will include a three quarter acre urban park, game/recreation room, fitness center, computer learning lab, covered pavilion with barbeque areas, and a community clubhouse with a kitchen.

The new community will combine the most cutting-edge principles of innovation with community building best practices such as walkable/bikeable infrastructure, neighborhood-oriented amenities, and communal gathering spaces. Recognizing the existing wetlands as a unique infrastructural element that will be leveraged artistically to create a powerful sense of place, a system of public spaces and pedestrian pathways complements the walkable streets and connects the over 400 units of new housing that will be built by 2025.
